Accidents can happen anywhere and anytime. Sometimes these accidents make us different people. A similar incident happened in the life of an American man, which changed his life. The man was helping his friend in his granite business. He was lifting and placing heavy sheets of granite when suddenly several sheets fell on him at once. These sheets of 4500 kg granite fell directly on his face and he got stuck in between them. His face was shattered in this process. He was not breathing for 5 minutes. It seemed that he had died. But during those 5 minutes, the man saw one of his friends, who had died a few months ago!

This is the story of Mike Wolo, a resident of Massachusetts. In the year 2003, Mike became a victim of a very dangerous accident. He was standing in a container and removing granite sheets along with others. Then several sheets fell on him simultaneously, whose total weight was about 4500 kg. The way those sheets fell on him, his face got stuck between the sheets and his bones broke.

He suffered terrible wounds on his face and stopped breathing for 5 minutes. People thought he was dead. Talking to the Unilad website, Mike said that at that moment he saw one of his friends standing in front of him.

His friend told him that he should not come here now, he will be fine. He should just go and see if his family is fine or not. Suddenly Mike started breathing and he was immediately admitted to a hospital in Boston. There his face was reconstructed with 110 screws and 20 titanium plates. He underwent plastic surgery and after that he was sent to rehab. He returned home after about 32 days. He had to face many types of mental disorders, had difficulty in walking and laughing, but despite that Mike completely changed his life and now he has become a sports person. Later he got married and he also has two children.

He posted a photo of the container where his accident happened on his website. Doctors had given him only 2 percent chance of survival. Despite that, Mike’s willpower saved his life. After surviving, he contacted his dead friend and came to know that they were living a happy life.
